Sharp pain right side of upper abdomen
I went to the ER they said I have retrorectal/presacral spaces, fluid 3.3×1.2 cm. Differential includes infectious/inflammatory etiology or congenital cyst such as a duplication cyst. I don't understand what any of this means and the dr did not explain anything besides referring me to a surgeon/ colon-rectal specialist

Hi it is rare, but is like a cyst(fluid filled cyst), and you need to visit a surgeon who can drain the abscess and send the fluid for fluid analysis
