Sharp pain in penis

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello I am having sharp burning sensation and itching in the tip of my penis from the last 3 days. The pain is now getting stronger when i am getting erectiom from last night nad it is unbearable now. I have the same problem in my childhood and the doctor had adviced me that you have an extra and tight foreskin that causes such problems. I even got the same problem in my school days and college life. However it get solved by taking medicine. The doctor at that time had adviced me that you have to operate for this as you are getting problem again and again for the same thing. Now the pain is unbearable. Though i was not having any swelling this time but when it gets hard or when i pass the urine it is unbearable. Please suggest what should I do ?
