I am facing severe migraine in left side of my head only. It is continuous from last 4 days and it responds to paracetamol but starts back again after 12 hrs of medicine. I feel like my head will explode. I don't have any past cases of headache this is my first time in my life am facing it. Kindly prescribe

migrane episodes will usually have triggers like stress, light and sound sensitivity, exercises hormonal changes etc.
it can also have vomiting and blurring of vision when the episodes are severe.
it might take a few days for complete cure.
U can take paracetamol medications 3 times a day, coffee,rest and avoid triggers
Also, if the episodes recur many times, may require prophylactic medications
