  4. Sharp arm pains. Sleep it off tonight.

I have an implanted birth control for 6 months. Today I woke up with my right arm in sharp pain all over and thought I slept on it wrong. But throughout the day both of my arms have been aching terribly. I'm not sure if I should go to the doctors for this or sleep it off tonight.
