  4. Sharp aches in the left side of chest.

Sharp aches in the left side of chest
I've have been feeling a sharp pain in the lower left side of chest at irregular intervals for past 5 hours . no other pai n or shortness of breath doctor. Last month I took ECG which is 100% normal result. But I am undergoing lot of stress in work and home recently. Is this a reason of my pain.
