Sharp abdominal pain in upper left side
I had gastric plication surgery 22months ago.1week ago i had horrible unbearable abdominal pain in the upper left side under ribs,i can barely walk,went to ER and had blood test and scanner.doctors found i have iron deficiency and that my spleen is slightly unlarged but said it was ok and better to not have gastroscopy,gave me ferplex and was discharged yesterday from the hosp.the pain is still the same and get worse after eating&drinking even very small amount of food or water what may it be ?

Dear miss
Please get RBS, Sr Amylase and Lipase done. Please put up blood report if above were not done. Apart from pain any other symptoms viz fever short breath bowel bladder issues?
