Shankhpushpi for kids
I have a 4 year old kid who finds it difficult to sit in one place and focus. I read somewhere that Brahmi helps to reduce this restlessness and focus related issues. So can I start Shankhpushpi for my kid? And what should be the dosage?

Its common in this age.. This is the time for physical and mental development along with child സ്റ്റേറ്റ്സ് to study new things.. So Brahmi is thegood option.. Other medicines are there which is more beneficial thanbrahmi

Hello, the dose is 5 ml twice a day . he is not sitting in one place is natural he is just 4 its basic presentation of childhood. Don't worry . don't pressurise him try to teach in a play way
