Can i use loreal serie expert pro keratin shampoo and mask??...i have an long and medium smooth hair...and moreover i have severe tangles..can i use that kit???

When you have severe tangles, it’s better to avoid keratin shampoo. Use coconut oil 1 hour before bath and a sulphate free shampoo during bath. You can use a leave-on conditioner after towel drying and manually try to remove the tangles by working from the hair tips to the root.
