Shaky, hard to breath, nauseous
I am very shaky and have spells of dizziness, light headedness, and nausea. I have checked my blood pressure multiple times throughout the night (since 5pm) and it has gone from 129/87 with pulse of 75 to 139/94 with pulse of 89 to 137/95 with pulse of 84 to 133/87 with pulse of 70 and is now 132/90 with a pulse of 76. I was in the same position, sitting up straight, for each BP check and was resting before and during each BP check. What could possible be wrong with me?

Your problem maybe because of low blood pressure, low sugar or heart Rhythm problem or even a cervical nerve compression problem.
So you need to get evaluated for all of them get your fasting blood sugar checked, your thyroid profile , your hearts 2D echo cardiography ECG and cervical X ray done
