Shaky Hands
Hi Doctor, I have a problem of shaky hands from my childhood especially while doing public writing, taking a food in spoon, taking a coffee mug etc., My right hand is too shaky compared with left. Sometimes my head is also pitching a little. My father had a tremors in his childhood. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I get the diagnosis ?

It could very well be essential tremors. Good medications to control such tremors are available. However my advice would be for you to undergo a thorough neurological evaluation to find out the cause of tremors and get treated accordingly. Best wishes.
