Shaky, Dizzy, Lightheaded, Chest Pains,
All day today I’ve can’t atop shaking. My hands and my body and continuously shaking. I feel like my heart rate is going a mile a minute. Every now and again i’ll get very bad chest pains. Ive felt lightheaded and dizzy all day as well. Last night, I had a horrible migraine that had me sensitive to light and sound. Made me nauseous , and it felt like my skin was burning.
