Shaking hands
My hands are shaking since 6 months they do not shake when I keep my hand straight in air .But some time when I hold phone or hold some thing heavy they shake little to moderate but some time they don't shake and when I was playing game ,It was tensed and suddenly my hands started shaking vigorously but it stop after 10 sec.
And some time they don't shake I don't know what is happening and also I feel pressure in my head and beating sensation in my neck when I stand up
