HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D./NEUROPHYSICIAN. TILL THAN, TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS IF FEEL BETTER CONTINUE IT FOR MORE TIME. O.K BYE. .
