Shakiness and Dizziness

Asked for Female, 23 Years

So it's nearly 1 am and I haven't slept. I haven't been tired but I am now. About 20 minutes ago I felt shaky and my hands were shaking, I also am experiencing dizziness and slight nausea, I haven't got a bad medical history so I'm not sure what this is, please help?
