I am 4 months pregnant and I am having chronic sinusitis n migraine, can I use shadbindu tail at night.

yes you can put 3 drops of shadbindu oil . put pillow beneath shoulders & Let head down & than put drops After 15-20 minsoil will corre in mouth split & do gargles.
