SGPT SGOT alkaline phosphatase high
I recently diagnosed by vaginitis(vagina infection). I am taking oral contraceptive pills(yamini pills) I have done the LFT and CBC Test. Below are the findings. SGOT-66 SGPT -95 Alkaline phosphatase serum -154 Neutrophill-75 Bilirubin indirect serum-0.44 I am having fever and body pain from last 2-3 days Please confirm if it is because of oral contraceptive pills or infection and what should I do to reduce this. Please find the attached report for reference.

Very unlikely due to OC pills Could be due to viral infection Kindly do repeat the LFT after 3 days

OCPs can cause transaminitis. You need detailed evaluation and subsequent treatment. Raised SGOT and SGPT cannot be ignored.
