It seems that your liver is injured,probably by infection.

U should visit a general physician and do a Ultrasound abdomen and some more blood tests

Most of the times, these liver infection settles down by itself(Hepatitis A). But sometimes, it can be due to a severe infection. Plz evaluate and treat accordingly
