SGPT and SGOT are liver enzymes which are usually increased in liver problems. Most common cause is alcohol. Avoid or stop alcohol if you are taking. It seems you are obese also. You should loose weight as. Repeat your liver function test after 1 month if you are asymptotic. If you have symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite consult your doctor.
