Iam 24 year old male with weight - 98 height 5,11 ... my hepatitis test is negative mild fatty liver in sonography and sgpt level always high and sgpt also high ... digestion and appetite always normal ... i drink 5-6 bottles of beer in a month... please help... is it dangerous level ... what should i do?

It is called as BASH. both  obesity and alcohol are causing damage to liver. Your all of the liver will be damaged and you will end up with liver disease not immediately, but after years may be 10 or 15 years. You must stop alcohol any amount and loose 10 % weight.
