Asked for Male, 34 Years

Just done a regular blood test and found the below values high. Need further suggestions. Is SGPT 115 a reason for concern. Do we need to do any further tests. Fasting Blood Surar - 118 HbA1c is 6 TSH - 6.670 Could you please suggest further
