Sgot And Spot Is High In Pregnancy - My Wife Has Recently

Sgot and spot is high in pregnancy

My wife has recently recovered from covid and she is of 29.5 weeks pregnant. We did her covid profile everthing within the range ( d-dimer, il6 , crp), except lipid and lft. Lipid is 318, for LFT - AST 104, ALT 169, ALP 89, Bilirubin total, direct, indirect - .38, .23, .15. Total protein 6.64 , albumin 3.6 . Baby movement is frequent, some time she is having vomiting sensation. Here doctor suggested Liv 52 ds , 1 tab twice a day. Is this something to worry or she has to take any other medicine ?
