Can do Herpes simplex PCR test or Herpes simplex IgM antibody test. Fertility test is a vague term. You can do semen analysis to check quantity and quality of semen. If you want hormonal test then can do S. testosterone test. But you must consult with a urologist before going for test. Because clinical examination of your private part is mandatory also.
