I'm a 25 yr old guy,when I see a women or talk , creates sexual sensation immediately in my body and feels like, I will discharge/ejaculate within seconds .And my penis also get erect just by simple touch of hand or anything . For this I started feeling guilty.Now a days when I 'm around women this sensation starts. While . For this I'm feeling very embarrassed . What you are describing is a normal physiological bodily process. Pre ejaculatory fluid is secreted upon sexual excitement. Its main purpose is to aid lubrication, should sexual intercourse occur. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Also, masturbation has no side effects whatsoever.
