I had a unprotected sex on first day of my period ie 25 dec and my periods lasts upto 3 days. i didnt take pill.but after that whenever we had sex , i took ipill. And now on 13 jan i had little bit spotting and again on 20 and 21, dere were few spots. If dese are because of ipill, what i should eat to overcome ipill effect? Please suggest

I pill is an emergency contraceptive....not to be used on a regular basis....you should be using a regular contraceptive pill
