It seems you may be suffering from both - Premature Ejaculation & may be mild erectile dysfunction
Premature ejaculation can be due to physical, emotional or psychological reasons, the latter being the commonest. Anaesthetic agents like lidocaine spray are infact helpful in the treatment of premature ejaculation. A visit to your doctor will help gain understanding of the problem and open up treatment options, depending on the cause. In the meantime, pelvic floor exercises like kegels can be done regularly.
