The so called chip chips Palani ( Dhat) in most case is nothing but secretion of Accessary glands which occurs in association with sexual arousal, thus is a natural thing in anticipation of the act the organ is lubricated.
The problem is if one thinks this is something wrong and starts worrying, then a contradiction starts & your worrying will kill your arousal and your desire will become less.
How ever if this is abnormal pus discharge, then it should be treated as any other infection, with antibiotics.
