I just want to confirm that if my wife is pregnant then after how many weeks i can do physical realtion. Or is it safe for my cuming baby or not.

There is no contraindication to intercourse during pregnancy if it is healthy and the woman has no history of bleeding during pregnancy. Please consult your obstetrician for guidance in your specific case as each pregnancy is different and they know your wife's complete medical history.
