Sexual Problem
I am unable to have sex because my penis erection is not that hard, and long. Moreover, my masturbation style is different. I do that by rubbing against bed. So, it is becoming almost impossible to have the same feeling when trying in the normal style, or having intercourse with a woman. I am unmarried.

Hello, Thank you for your question. There are three components to your question which I will answer in turn. The first is relating to getting a strong erection that lasts. Although you are young, you will need to evaluate your physical health by answering a few questions and getting some tests done. Are you overweight, do you smoke drink alcohol or use recreational drugs like Charas Ganja etc, do you exercise daily and pay attention to eating nutritious food. The tests you need include those to rule out diabetes and other endocrine problems. your doctor can help with these. Regarding improving the strength and duration you will need to Lear pelvic floor exercises which help to improve the strength, angle, and duration of erection by improving vascularity to the region and sensation of arousal. please read Managing erectile dysfunction by Metz and McCarthy. available on amazon. Also read New Male Sexuality by Bernie Zilbergeld The second aspect is about learning to masturbate so that the sensitivity to touch is maintained. A woman's vagina cannot feel like bedsheets or even your clenched hand. The books mentioned above will help you to learn the correct technique. The third aspect is about Safe sex. You need to be aware of protecting your sexual health. Sexually transmitted infections in men do not always produce symptoms but can have lifelong consequences. Please always use a condom for every sexual episode including oral and anal sex. If you do have unprotected intercourse get tested for HIV, hepatitis B and get vaccinated if necessary. Finally, please remember that good sex is a result of good communication. If the sex you are having is not pleasurable or rewarding you need to change what you are doing and who you are doing it with. best wishes
