Dear Concerned, My older brother is currently living in Mumbai with his wife. It has been almost 2 years since they have been married. But as of now they have not been able to extend their family. My brother has been living in Mumbai since last 7 years. His professional life like every Mumbaikar was very tough and due to his break up with her GF back then, he was close to depression. Somehow with the help of our family and his determination, he was able to overcome the phase. Now because of those issues he feels he is suffering from erectile dysfunction which is why he is unable to satisfy his partner sexually.
