Ihave irregular period from 2 months after menarche. Since then i started bleeding irregularly. I started eating m2 tone for hormonal balance. Since it is been 3 months still no improvement. Plz help im afraid of disease. Last month on 18th i had started my period and today i had my period started agian. I see spottings which gradually develops into period for me. Sometomes i have missed periods for 3 months (once only ), then light period then period twice a month, then spottings before period, period that lasts short, period length that varies a lot (shorter or longer)... Plz suggest the medicine (since it is hard to go to hospital now) About family history: my mother too suffered irregular periods and my other members too. No stress or sleeping disorders, i exercise sometimes a lot.
