At the time of intercourse I usually don't get sexual feeling and feeling very low on it and sometimes very tired. My mental status doesn't allow me to enjoy the intercourse. I had a varicocele surgery performed in the year feb 2018 and have a daughter in the year september 2019. But this issue started happening post my child birth.

Dear friend
It's clearly due to the excessive stress in ur life. It is also quite common after giving birth to a child.. a newborn child needs lot of attention and care ,, which is keeping ur partner busy.
U need to read positive statements and give auto- suggestions that " all is well"
Enjoy the small things in life
Live in present -- past is history, future is mystery,
Forgive and forget ppl - to err is human to forgive is divine!
If u can't de-stres$ by urself, then do consult a psychiatrist who will help control ur anxiety and stress.
Also note -- in no way varicocle or its surgery affects ur erections. The nerves responsible for erection come by a different path and can never be damaged by surgery!
Also proper sleep is very important.
Health Tips
just de-stress urself, and take one step at a time in life... small small steps.... n u shall start enjoying life AND sex again!!! :-)
