Sexual abstinence
I am abstaining from masturbation and any kind of sexual activities from 87 days. I have 2 questions 1.Does lemon water helps in sexual and masturbation abstinence? 2.should I wash my penis everyday with soap and remove the smegma with my hand... I do wash once a month.. So is it not enough if I give the water only by jug on penis and wash properly once a month? Thanx

2. It's good to wash daily as it prevents any chances of infection.
