Sex vs. Masturbation
Why is daily sex good, while daily masturbation not good? An an end result, both culminates in an orgasm with release? I understand the pshychological and relationship aspect, but my question is particularly on the physical aspect, especially with respect to erectile issues.

There is big gap in understanding the difference between the two acts because you are considering only the Ejaculation which is same in both the situations. But the act of Masturbation with hands is entirely different from getting into intercourse which gives a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. Masturbation is  related to rough massage of Penis and daylight imagination of sexual pleasure. I would like to share your detailed History so that we could reach at the basic root cause of your current problems. You need to get a detailed counselling about sex and supposed sex. I think you are looking for an easy way to get into strong Penis and It can be achieved by taking Nerve  tonics like Ashwagangha Powder 1Tsf twice daily with Dhatupaushtik Churan I Tsf at night with Warm milk. Slow massage on the shaft of Penis with Shri Gopal Oil would also help. Detailed medical history is required for evaluation before giving you a good prescription.
