Sex time,food for sperm count to pregnnt
I have sex with wife after or before ovaluation period and not having sex that particular period. Is there only chance to get pregnant in that period ? Then I feel sperm count may be less. Pls suggest best food for sperm count.

To get ur wife pregnant u need to have sex in fertile period also ur sperm count and motility should br normal ur sperm count should be more then 40 millions and actively motile sperm should be 60%
