Hello there we.understand your problem and your concern towards your future. Well there are whole a lot of reasons for failure of conception of your wife it.might be because of lack of coordination while.gettin into contact. You bith should coordinated have course 2 days after or before the day of ovulation. If you have already done that way then you need consult a gynecologist with along your wife.
