I am assuming this is your own fluid you mention and not semen. In such a case there is not much you can do to reduce your fluid than reduce your arousal. One other reason may be an infection that is causing you to have increased secretions. Please get infection ruled out by your gynaecologist first.
Rarely you may have noticed that the fluid decreases when you take cold medication. If so you can try that before having sex. See your doctor for a prescription
