I stop taking antidepressants before 7month but my sexual problem remain and musterbation is also a cause of my sex problem, i feel very depressed for this, and suicidal so plz tell me how to cure myself?

Do not stop anti depression medicine without consultation of ur doctors. Mensturbation is normal Physiological sexual outlet. It doesn't cause any sexual problem. If ur feeling suicidal, consult ur psychiatrist immediately.
