Sex after 4 daysboth treated for STI

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Me and my partner both got treated for STI on the same day we were given zithromax and metronidazole single dose and the Ceftriaxone injection, we then had unprotected sex on the 4th day is there a possibility that we might have passed it to each other even though we were treated on the same day
