Sevier pain in breast

Asked for Male, 45 Years

From past 8 months she is having light pain in her breasts. We visited General physician and the said this is common because of hormonal changes. But from few days she feels very uncomfortable and sevier pain in her breasts. In bed she feels no pain. Is common or serious
