Hi The swollen wrist and the pain is most likely due to a trauma or injury to the wrist. Treatment includes pain relief medications and the anti inflammatory medications to reduce the swelling. Please visit a Orthopedic doctor for further evaluation and management. In case of further doubts, please feel free to write back to me. Regards Dr Prashik Meshram
