Hi dear
If u do not have fever
Take syp benadryl 2tsf 3 times a day and
At night take tab sinarest once for 3 days
Keep on drinking warm water and continue doing saline gargles
U can even have honey and ginger as that also helps
If it is not settled in 3 days do consult on practo

I completely understand your concern.
To diagnose your problem completely, I would need more information as well as some general tests and a primary family history. Your routine and other habits will also need to be known, so for the treatment of this problem, once consultation can be done through phone or video call, it is better.
Hi, you seems to have upper respiratory tract infection.during lactation some of the antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs are not used.we need to consider your problem and your past medical history in detail before prescribing medicines
Kindly consult on practo for detailed evaluation
