Severe testes pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Since yesterday morning I hav been suffering from severe testes pain that too only left side. Along with that same side of penis and abdomen is also paining.. M unable to move and unable to wear a pant also..pain us intolerable. I took a pain killer n got some relief.. Pls advise me wat to do?
