Severe rainfall from last 4-5 months.

I have been experiencing severe hairfalll from last4-5 months. From august last year i reduced my diet, mainly excluded fast food and frequent snacks, to control my weight. It reduced to 59 from 64 in few months. But it started hairfalll from around nov- dec last year. After that i started taking fruits. Also started homemade solution available online for hairfall. But story was still the same. I also consulted dr Batras. They checked my scalp and said my hairs are getting thin. My scalp is oily and hairs are dry. Therefore leading to hairfall. They recommended their established hair treatment. I didn't went with that as that included laser treatment for which i was not sure. I recently got shifted from mumbai to delhi. Thought may be water can change something. But story is same here as well. Please help me here to stop my hairfall and regrow my hairs.
