I get severe irritation before ten days of my menstrual cycle starts. I also get very tired in these days , also i stay constipated and get body ache quite frequently.
I need help regarding this problem. I have very normal and peaceful lifestyle. I do yoga regularly. I do it healthy. But still to guide me is there anything i should specifically take care during these days. I have noticed that when i eat aloo and maida during these days, i immeditely stay constipated.
I eat salad and fruits on regular basis. Is there anything i should specifically avoid eating or do more during these days so that i get rid of these problems.
