Severe pinhole phimosis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi, Have phimosis from a long time but wasn't severe. 2 days ago the urine passage had gotten very narrow and when I tried to pass urine forcefully there was a sudden tear somewhere inside. Passing urine has become extremely difficult and it burns very much. And i have been diagnosed with dengue. The doctors have asked me to drink loads of water but i cannot pass urine. What should I do? Is there an instant relief to this pain other than circumcision as it is a very risky time(covid)? Thanks
