Severe pain in stomach
After eating anything or even after drinking water I am having severe pain in my stomach. Very much crams are coming in my stomach.

Hello, you've not mentioned how long this has been happening for... If it's just a few days, then it could be gastroenteritis, or a peptic ulcer.. Do you have any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea? Please consult a general physician or gastroenterologist in your area so you can explain your symptoms better and they can make a diagnosis as the treatment varies depending on the cause of your pain.
