Severe pain in right hand, leg, buttocks

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My wife had a severe pain in right hand, leg and back side near buttocks. Undergone scanning, but result shows no issue and doctor said due to weakness this problem. After some days consulted another doctor and undergone Vitamin D and B12 tests and found Vitamin D deficiency and gave Tablets for Vitamin D for 3 months. Still she has a pain.
