There are many reasons for such severe pain in lower belly. As of now you can use any of the painkillers but it needs to be evaluated by detailed history, Physical examination and investigations like Ultrasound and urine evaluation. It can also be due to periods also. Please have some painkiller like simple paracetamol and once your pain is under control get it evaluated.
