Severe pain in lower abdomen on periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have attached her ultrasound report here. She experiences severe pain in lower abdomen on periods. Can you tell me what disease I have according to ultrasound report. Uterus and Cervix are Normal in report. Its just ovaries and cyst that found on right ovary. Please tell me is this any serious issue or not? And what precaution and medication I need to do to cure this.
