Severe pain in legs and shaky head, hand
She is diabetic and BP patient since 20 years, recently had severe headache and fit type symptoms 3 times, lost consciousness and swelling in full body, doc kept her in observation and gave multiple medications, despite of medicines she still has severe pain in legs, and shaky body, had done CT Scan also, report is attached for reference, request expert advise if pain in legs is due to diabetes or its problem w.r.t.nervous system, should we continue all the given medicines or any changes needed in medication..please suggest

Leg pain is likely due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Continue treatment if that's what she is getting it for.
